The following is information that you will need to get organized:

  • Copy of Purchase Sales contract or Offer to Purchase and all addenda (signed by buyer and seller)
  • Past 2 years W-2
  • Last 5 consecutive paycheck stubs
  • Last 2 months Bank Statements (Stamped by Bank Teller if computer printed out)
  • Divorce decree (if applicable)
  • Bankruptcy schedules/Discharge papers (if applicable)
  • Copy of Driver’s License (a text picture is fine)
  • Homeowners Insurance Agent and Number
  • Current Mortgage Statement (if you have a mortgage)
  • Entry Contact Name and Number (for appraiser, REALTOR, SELLER)

  Important info regarding the process

  • Please do not make any deposits that are not payroll related into your Checking or Savings Account.
  • Please do not open any new accounts or up the balance on a credit card.
  • Be sure to monitor email regularly.
  • Please be prompt on the items that the processor is requesting, this speeds up the closing.
